Where do you visit?
We visit anywhere in Greater London and outside of London by special arrangement. Within London, we don’t charge for travel time or costs. Outside of London, the first hour of travel is not billed.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes, absolutely!
Our clients enjoy ad-hoc support wherever in the world they may be. We use a stable, safe and secure platform to connect with you and your device. Sessions can be booked from is little as 30 minutes for remote support.
How can I trust Dujio?
We are fully insured by Hiscox Insurance to carry out work as an IT support specialist. We are also associate members of the Chartered Institute for IT and follow its ethical framework to ensure we adhere to the highest standards in data integrity. We have been trusted by charities, local government, large corporations and smaller businesses to work with, process and secure data and IT systems.

Do you offer discounts?
Although we believe we are the most competitive on site support business in London there are circumstances where will offer a discount.
If you live in E1 we offer a 10% discount. If you live in E1W (Wapping – its the place to be!) this increases to 15%.
We also offer 10% discount to charities, schools and startup businesses (businesses that have been trading less than 3 years and have less than 5 employees).
Clients of Dujio Studio, Our sister business that creates Websites also receive a lifetime 20% discount on our rates.

How do I pay Dujio?
When we visit clients we use a clocking in system. We round up to the nearest 15 minutes and generate an invoice that we will email to you that will contain payment details and allow you to pay directly from a link included in the email.
Paying By Bank Transfer (Preferred)
To pay by bank transfer please refer to our invoice which will detail the account details you should send payment to.
Paying By Credit Card/Debit Card
All of our invoices have payment integration so that if you choose to, you can pay by credit or debit card.
Paying By Cheque
If choosing to pay by cheque please make sure you send the cheque with enough time for it to clear before the invoice due date. Cheques should be made payable to Bradley Clark.
